At 14:30 (GMT+2), data on the US consumer price index for July will be released. It is the main indicator of inflation in the country and determines the change in the level of retail prices for a certain “basket” of goods and services: food, transportation, utilities, health care and more. It is predicted that CPI will grow from 1.6% to 1.7% YoY and from 0.1% to 0.3% MoM, while Core CPI may decline from 0.3% to 0.2% MoM and stay at the previous level of 2.1% YoY.
